PhysioFunction was established over 20 years ago by husband-and-wife team Jon and Emma Graham, and its flagship clinic is based in Spratton, rural Northamptonshire.
We are one of the UK’s leading providers of specialist neurological rehabilitation services.
With over two decades of experience, the team at PhysioFunction is dedicated to helping individuals affected by neurological and complex conditions including Stroke, Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s Disease, Functional Neurological Disorder, and musculoskeletal injury, illness or wear and tear damage achieve their maximum level of independence and improve their quality of life.
Operating from our Spratton clinic, outreach clinics, in clients' homes, and within community settings, PhysioFunction offers a flexible and personalised approach to rehabilitation. Our highly skilled team includes neurological physiotherapists, sports therapists, and rehabilitation assistants, who work collaboratively to create tailored treatment plans.
We also work alongside a wider Multi-disciplinary Team including Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Consultants, GPs and care teams.
The PhysioFunction team integrates rehabilitation technology into the treatment plan where appropriate, including functional electrical stimulation (FES), robotics, virtual reality, the AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill, and specialist strength and balance equipment. These tools, combined with expert Physiotherapy and Exercise prescriptions, help maximise our client’s independence.
PhysioFunction’s mission is to enable clients to live their lives as independently and actively as possible. Whether it’s returning to work, walking unaided, managing fatigue, or improving arm and hand function, PhysioFunction empowers individuals to work toward meaningful goals and achieve real-life outcomes.
