Gurvinder joined Physiofunction in 2013, bringing with her over 20 years of customer-facing experience from a successful career in the banking sector across North East London. Her strong background in client service has been instrumental in delivering the high standards of care and support that Physiofunction is known for.
As a key member of the Client Services team, Gurvinder manages appointments, handles enquiries, and ensures smooth and efficient communication through email correspondence. She also provides vital administrative support to both the Physiotherapy team and the Operations Manager, helping to maintain the seamless delivery of services across the clinic.
Dedicated, organised, and client-focused, Gurvinder is committed to making every client interaction as welcoming and efficient as possible.
When Gurvinder isn't working you will find her at the gym, gardening or walking her dogs.
