We use the information collected from log files and cookies to monitor site traffic, volume and usage statistics. We use this information to ensure that our website provides the best service possible to our users.

We collect information when you voluntary complete the Contact Form and when you tick the opt in box to receive updates on the service we offer, new technologies, quarterly newsletters and future events.
The personal information that you complete on the contact form will be backed up and stored so that we can respond to your enquiry. The personal information that you have provided will be deleted 3 months after your enquiry or when your enquiry has been fulfilled by our Client Services Team.
How will we use the information we collect about you
We collect information about you to manage your enquiry about our service and if you agree to email you about marketing updates on the service we offer, new technologies, quarterly newsletters and future events. Your enquiry will be dealt with by our Client Service team and if you have opted in to receive marketing updates this will be handled by the Marketing Team. Your personal details will be retained until your enquiry has been fulfilled and/or you are no longer a client with us.
E-newsletter and Email updates about our service, new technologies and future events
If you have voluntary opted in and consented to receive updates about our service, new technologies and future events, you may opt out at any time. You have a right at any time to stop us from contacting you for marketing purposes.
In some of our e-mail messages we use a ‘click through URL’ linked to third party websites – YouTube and Facebook. We may track click-through data to assist in determining interest in particular topics and measure effectiveness of these communications.
We use a third-party provider MailChimp to deliver our E-mailed quarterly newsletter and service updates. We gather information about E-Mail clicks and openings.

People who enquire about our service via Social Media
People who contact us via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn via the direct message function will be stored in our in-box for 3 months and after this date the message will be deleted – it will only be shared with the intended recipient.
We also use a third-party provider via Hootsuite to manage our social media interactions. If you send a direct message via social media the message will be stored by Hootsuite for 3 months.
People Who Enquire about Our Service by Telephone
In order to provide information about our service to people who enquire for the first time, we need to hold the details of the person who requested this information. The information will be used by Client Service Personnel to fulfil your enquiry and then deleted once the request has been fulfilled and/or you are no longer a client of PhysioFunction.

People Who Use or Purchase Our Technology
Technology providers that we utilise are able to access client data for monitoring and support purposes only. All clients will be informed of this prior to using or purchasing the technology and will be asked to sign a consent form. The technology providers are listed below:
Cyclone Mobility provide us with the FES bike systems that we use at our Moulton Centre of Excellence.
All clients will receive their own security password and log-in number. The security passwords/log-in number will be used by the client to access their own dashboard on the FES bike system so that they can use the device and access their performance information.
Cyclone are able to access all patient data stored within the online database (rtilink.com). They are also able to log into the tablet controllers of the RT300 and the RT200 via the LogMeIn platform. Both are for monitoring and support purposes only with regards the use of the FES equipment. Should any auditing/research plans be formed consent would be sought separately to the usual everyday use consent that will be given by the client at the start of their treatment.

Medi-Touch provide us with the Balance Tutor piece of equipment that we use at our Moulton Centre of Excellence.
All clients will receive their own security password and log-in number. The security passwords/log-in number will be used by the Neurological Physiotherapist to access Balance Tutor dashboard to use the device as part of the clients’ rehabilitation and access the clients performance information.
The Medi-Touch Representative will only access the Balance Tutor when accessing the Balance Tutor for training and technical support under the guidance of a PhysioFunction member of staff. However, in the event of a multi-centre research trial, separate client consent will be attained as data will be required by third parties.

Bioness and Ottobock
Bioness and Ottobock provide us with FES devices for Foot Drop for our clients to purchase to use in their daily life. When there is a fault with a device, the device will be sent back to the manufacturer Bioness or Ottobock to be mended on behalf of the owner (client). The manufacturer will at this point be able to access the owners name and D.O.B as it will be stored on the device. The manufacturer will not use the data, but owners will be made aware of this process and consent sought by PhysioFunction.
