Helen provides therapy sessions using a piece of rehabilitation technology called the Balance Tutor.  The technology can help with a number of neurological conditions, muscular injury rehabilitation and balance control after experiencing a fall. Alongside the Balance Tutor sessions, Helen gives advice and education that will help a client reduce their risk of falling. 

In addition to this, Helen also provides hands-on Respiratory Physiotherapy, self-care advice and treatment. She can also guide regarding the use of appropriate respiratory technology such as Cough Assist, Flutter and Suction.
