Seb has undiagnosed gross motor delay, with physical symptoms similar to cerebral palsy.
He presented with muscle weakness, alterations to muscle tone and challenges with walking and balance.
Seb’s local physio recommended he try FES for his footdrop and was signposted to Physiofunction, where Claire successfully assessed and fitted him with a new Bioness L300Go device. With the device on Seb can walk with less effort and his foot clears the floor, so less tripping and falling.
We look forward to updates from Seb to find out how he is getting on at home and school with his Bioness.
