Rhiannon our Sports Therapist, who is based at our Northampton Physiotherapy clinic, has been compiling some fitness videos for all levels of ability over the past month. These videos are designed to keep you fit and healthy during the Autumn/Winter months. Keeping fit and healthy can help you to avoid the usual Winter flu bugs and viruses and also if you were unfortunate enough to catch Covid19, being in good health can aid recovery.

Intro Video - How to maintain your physical fitness and keep your cardiovascular system strong.
Video 1 - Easy cardiovascular exercises aimed at people who can get down to the floor and back up unassisted.
Video 2 - An endurance workout aimed at people who can stand aided, but can't get down to the floor.
Video 3 - Seated endurance exercises, for all abilities.
Video 4 - Strength based exercises for people who can stand unaided and are able to up and down to the floor.
Video 5 - Strength based exercises for people who can stand aided but can't get up and down to the floor. Some seated exercises.
Video 6 - Easy static stretches for people who can stand unaided and can get up and down from the floor unaided.
Video 7 - Seated stretching routine. You will need either a Theraband or a dressing gown cord.
