We accept referrals for all stages of the rehabilitation process including acute stage rehabilitation and those clients that may not have received therapy for some considerable time.
On receipt of an instruction we will perform an initial needs assessment (INA). During the assessment of a client we will consider their specific physiotherapy requirements including but not exclusive to:

PhysioFunction has extensive experience of working with the multidisciplinary team. Although we do not employ other health professionals we have a wide referral network.
